Looking Ahead with IST in 2024 2023

The new year means new adventures for IST and a continued solid foundation of exceptional services.

 

We’re readying our 27th year as a company, with the last two years thriving at our new corporate headquarters, Halidom. To say that our mission in 1997 has transformed is an understatement. We’ve grown from an outsourcing vendor for facilities management to include integrated facilities management, and since 2013, we’ve added full litigation support to our offerings. We’ve built an amazing team of leaders, some of whom have invested their careers at IST for over twenty years. Now, we stand as one of the largest privately-owned FM and eDiscovery vendors in the United States, continuing to build upon our success into the next successful chapter of IST.

 

From the very beginning, IST’s foundation has centered around customer service, and I am proud to say that value still drives us forward. From the start of my career working in the field to IST’s humble beginnings when we all wore numerous hats, what has guided our vision has been focusing on the customer experience. Recently, we reinvigorated our vision statement and included a simple phrase to share with our clients; “It’s my honor.” I hope that as we continue growing IST, we do so with this same vision in mind.


Looking to the Future

 

2024 will be IST’s year of improving our FM services even more to complement modern operations and strengthen our reporting capabilities. IST will be integrating our Conference Room Management application Confirm with Microsoft Teams for a more seamless process to have meetings at any location. We will revamp Mail Sort and Package Track (MSPT) and add features to Digital Mail and Visitor Management. Our new chapter will focus on our cutting-edge technology to create agile solutions for the rapidly changing workforce.

 

IST’s Discover-E services will expand our AI capabilities with our expert team and open a Forensics lab this year. Knowing how essential data security is to any infrastructure, we are framing our complete EDRM services to prioritize our clients’ data and support their seamless litigation journey.


 

At our corporate HQ, Halidom, we’re thrilled to open a new, exciting food hall in Atlanta called Halidom Eatery. This South Beach inspired gathering space will include 11 food stalls, representing cuisine from leading chefs in the Atlanta area. It’s my hope that this new adventure for Halidom will further solidify IST’s mission as community-inspired and committed to our surrounding area and beyond.
