After decades in this industry, you’d think I’d have it all figured out by now. But here’s what I’ve learned along the way… real growth rarely starts inside your comfort zone.
When I look back at how far we’ve come, I’m reminded that none of this happened by accident… not one bit of it. IST has grown, adapted, and continued to deliver innovative facilities management, IFM, and litigation support services because we lead by listening.
Hard to believe… 28 years ago, it was just the three of us. We started with big dreams and a lot of heart. Today we’ve got over 1,800 excellent employees in 38 cities. I’ve got to say, I am proud. This is a significant accomplishment we've made!
