Digital Mail
Technology and traditional mail have merged and the result is enhanced productivity and faster access to incoming documents. Our digital mail process is simple – we open and scan the physical mail then deliver electronically to the recipient. Employees can then retrieve, save, forward, archive or delete the documents, which are in PDF or TIFF format.
IST guarantee’s increased efficiency and operational excellence with its digital mail because it is a better way to manage high-value and time sensitive mail. It turns each piece of mail into ‘accountable’ mail because every piece of mail is recorded. It reduces the number of mail runs per day and more efficiently collaborates with remote workers. IST Kiosk
To reduce wait times in mail centers, IST integrates the IST Kiosk, a touch screen computer, with existing client badge systems and IST Package Track to resolve common bottlenecks in package distribution. The IST Kiosk application results in streamlined processes and happier customers year-round, but is particularly effective during high volume times when limitations on mail center space and package distribution staging areas slow the package tagging and distribution process.
Secure Locker Systems
IST simplifies package handling with SmartLockers, delivering safe, secure and touchless convenience. IST Suite operates the locker system allowing us to track and report on packages.
Intelligent, self-service lockers make package delivery more efficient by decreasing mail handling. Recipients receive automated alerts of incoming packages and can retrieve them at their leisure.
Features Include:
- Fully integrated lockers with IST Suite Mail Sort and Package Tracking applications.
- Using the touchscreen, or via a client-branded app, users can pick up packages themselves or delegate pickup to colleague.
- Lockers are scalable to fit clients’ needs.
