Maggie Cantalupo - National Director, Hospitality - New York, NY

Maggie Cantalupo

Maggie brings a wealth of expertise to her role, originally recruited from the JW Marriott Essex House in NYC, where she orchestrated high-profile events for heads of state and celebrities. As a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), she attends the Event Industry Council Advance Conference annually. Her experience also includes supporting grand events at The Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Museum of Natural History.

For ten years, Maggie managed one of our premier national accounts in NYC, leveraging her hospitality background to develop and implement a five-star program as a subject matter expert. After a brief hiatus to gain broader industry insights, she returned with renewed passion, now focused on enhancing and expanding our white glove hospitality program in her current role while selling Facility Management in NYC.

In her free time, Maggie enjoys working out, taking dance classes at Broadway Dance Center, and Italian language classes under the supervision of the Consulate General of Italy in New York. She values close family ties and cherishes time with her highly communicative cat, Holler.

Melissa DiGiulian - Senior Vice President & Partner - New York, NY

Melissa has been a driving force at IST Management for more than 15 years, building strong client partnerships and expanding the company’s presence across one of the most competitive markets in the country. Recruited directly after graduating from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, Melissa quickly distinguished herself through relentless work ethic, strategic thinking, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to clients.

 

Early in her career, Melissa played an essential role in doubling IST’s footprint in New York City. Her consistent performance and leadership helped her rise to the role of Vice President & Partner, where she now oversees sales and client relationships across the entire East Coast territory, from Maine to Florida. Known for her responsiveness, persistence, and deep understanding of client needs, she continues to help organizations enhance daily operations while delivering the high-touch service IST is known for.

 

Melissa earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. She has also been actively involved in philanthropic efforts, serving as a spokesperson for numerous promotional and charitable events and raising funds for organizations including Special Olympics and Best Buddies.

 

Melissa and her husband currently reside in Little Silver, New Jersey with their three children. Outside of work, she enjoys fishing, crabbing, golfing, running, decorating, and spending time by the ocean.

Heather Dunham - National Director, Business Development - Atlanta, GA

Heather Dunham

Heather Dunham is the National Director of Business Development of Facilities Management based in Atlanta, GA. Heather’s professional journey began with a strong academic foundation, earning an MBA from Georgia State University after completing her undergraduate studies in International Business at Auburn University. While at Auburn, Heather excelled as a D1 student-athlete on a full athletic scholarship, mastering time management and maintaining strong focus and discipline. This commitment to academic and athletic excellence created the foundation for success in her business career.

With over two decades of experience at NCR Corporation in Global Services, Heather has developed a high level of expertise in resolving operational issues and maintaining exceptional service standards in fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Heather is a passionate employee who fosters communication, integrity, and a commitment to excellence, bringing an exciting future of success to IST’s FM team.

When she has time off, Heather enjoys traveling to warm places, going hiking, and spending time with her family. On most weekends, you will find her cheering for her two sons at a soccer stadium, a hockey rink, or on the sidelines of a lacrosse field.

Sarah Ford - National Account Manager - Boston, MA

Sarah Ford is a National Account Manager on the Facilities Management team at IST Management, serving the Boston, MA area. With a Bachelor of Science in Advertising Management from Michigan State University, Sarah developed a strong foundation in building lasting client relationships and optimizing operational efficiency early in her career. She specializes in strategic sales planning, consultative selling, and surpassing client expectations through innovative approaches.


Outside of work, Sarah maintains an active lifestyle, prioritizing fitness and exploring new cultures through travel. Her commitment to continuous learning and personal growth drives her professional success, enabling her to consistently deliver exceptional service and results for her clients.

Rachel Murphy - Regional Vice President and Shareholder - Charlotte, NC

Rachel Murphy

Rachel Murphy is a Regional Vice President for IST Management Services handling sales in the North and South Carolina market. Also, specializing in e-discovery and litigation support sales. Rachel graduated from Colorado Tech University with an Associate of Science in medical billing. Her background contains several years of experience in sales, Rachel has always been an advocate for Breast Cancer Awareness, and so she enjoys attending the annual walks that are held in downtown Charlotte. In any spare time Rachel has, she enjoys spending it with her family and friends.

Kim Oleniacz - Senior Vice President & Partner - Pittsburgh, PA

Kim Oleniacz is the Senior Vice President/Partner of IST Management Services based in Pittsburgh, PA. Kim possesses over 35 years of experience in operations management and sales of on-site services to include: copy, mail, production mail, fax services, records management, receptionist, forms management, and much more. Kim has experience working for Ameriscribe, Pitney Bowes, and Archer, in both an operations and a sales capacity.


After many proven years of accomplishments, she joined IST with a desire to continue to build a strong focused outsourcing company that delivers the highest degree of service. Kim's passion is all about building solutions for IST clients across the country! Kim enjoys traveling, spending time with her husband, children, and Grandchildren. Her family and work family is all very important and valued, this focus has led to her success within IST!

With an extensive professional journey spanning over 30 years, Naeem has cultivated expertise in client relationships, operations, implementation, and sales management of on-site services, particularly for Fortune 500 Enterprise clients. Drawing from a diverse background that includes key roles at Ricoh USA, Sears Holdings, and Best Buy, he has consistently excelled in both operations and sales capacities.
