Welcome Todd Kunz, National Director of Managed Review for eDiscovery in North Carolina

Todd Kunz, the National Director for Managed Review at IST Management, brings over 20 years of eDiscovery experience to the table. He oversees IST’s project management team, specializing in creating optimal workflow solutions. Todd’s expertise lies in reducing document volume and achieving significant cost savings for clients.

Beginning his legal career as a registered Patent Attorney, Todd prosecuted trademarks and pharmaceutical patents. In the eDiscovery space, he has overseen hundreds of cases, managing teams exceeding 300 members and handling document counts in the tens of millions. Todd has designed custom workflows for these cases, ranging from specialized linear review modules to AI-based workflows.



Todd is a member of the Washington, DC bar as well as the bars of the Federal Circuit and U.S. Supreme Court.
