With a unique blend of operational insight and talent acquisition expertise, she offers a deep understanding of eDiscovery solutions and managed services, rooted in her early career as a paralegal before transitioning into executive recruiting and consulting.

Throughout her career, Jill has remained passionate about connecting exceptional talent that's centered on strategic partnership, transparency, and an in-depth understanding of the evolving global legal technology landscape.

Jill holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA where she also had the opportunity to study abroad attending Lorenzo de’ Medici Institute in Florence, Italy. She later completed advanced business studies at The Wharton School-University of Pennsylvania, graduating cum laude.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Jill enjoys traveling, exploring new culinary experiences, and creating meaningful moments by hosting frequent gatherings with family and friends.
