Since July, I've shared the following prompt with our IST team:


Are you where you want to be halfway into this year? If not, critically think of the changes needed to form good habits.


And I use the word critically intentionally. To think critically is to be strategic and purposeful in your process. It's a part of IST's core focus to offer something new and vital to our industries. As we enter the final third of the year, this checkpoint is essential for any leadership position. As our industry constantly changes and adapts, we must take a moment to ensure we are growing with it and driving its success. Do not wait for another new year's resolution to build proactive habits. Start today!


So far, 2023 has been an excellent year for IST Management. We recently celebrated another year of being named one of Atlanta's "Best and Brightest Companies to Work For." Across our operations, I receive praise from clients and coworkers for the fantastic work they're seeing. Together, we're positioning IST for our most successful year yet.



I am proud to be a recipient of 2023's Most Admired CEOs from the Atlanta Business Chronicle! I am so grateful for this honor because I get to represent what I believe is the best team in the business. In an interview with the ABC, I was asked the following question: Five years from now, what will be the most important tool in your industry? My response is simple– Our people will always be the most essential part of our success. Technology and processes are only as good as your people. While IST is constantly innovating and looking for the next technology, it's impossible to predict how it will change. Still, as long as we're always committed to finding the best people and providing the highest level of customer service, we'll always excel in this industry.


I want to thank our fantastic team for guaranteeing that we walk the walk in our partnerships no matter the challenge. As we continue building IST, it's great to know that our clients feel our commitment from every person on our team. Thank you for all that you do.
