IST Copy Request: Submit Print Requests From Anywhere
IST is excited to announce that, due to a growing number of customers working remotely, we have upgraded the IST Copy Request system so you can submit files for a job from anywhere that has an internet connection!
Our focus has always remained fixed on providing the best, most quality-driven service so you can focus on your job. We understand that now, more than ever, you might be juggling extra challenges in scheduling and coordinating projects and our latest upgrade to the IST Copy Request system ensures that we are as flexible as you need us to be.
Electronically Submit Jobs
To submit a job electronically, go to your My IST Support Center web-page or obtain the direct web address from your IST Manager.
- Access My IST Support Center www.myistsupportcenter.com
- Log in using your email and password.
- Select Copy Center from the top tab
- Select Submit Copy Job
- Complete the required information on the job ticket
- Prior to adding your files, pick the option “I am not in the office or on VPN, working from home or a remote location”
- Attach the needed files for printing (Files will be sent over the web to IST, not within the security of your companies firewall)
- Submit
- A confirmation will be on the screen and an email will be sent to you and IST.
IST will take care of the request and follow up if necessary with questions or updates on job status.
