Belen Ramirez is the Regional Operations Manager for IST Management Services. She has over 26 years of Operations and Management experience and 17 years in Facilities Management. Belen spent 7 years at Pitney Bowes Management Services while working her way from an onsite position to an Area Manager role. After leaving Pitney Bowes, she spent the majority of the next 9 years at Ricoh Managed Services as an Area Operations Manager servicing accounts in the legal, commercial, financial and insurance sectors. Belen has Operational responsibility for Southern California.
