IST Gives Back plans to reach out directly to ROMs and OMs to spread the word about community outreach opportunities. With employee recognition being a cornerstone of IST’s company culture, getting sites involved and excited about supporting a cause of their choice creates an opportunity for recognition and to build a stronger connection across sites. ROMs and OMs can drive these efforts by reaching out to site managers and asking sites what causes they feel drawn to support. From there, individual employees or entire sites can compete to raise awareness for the organizations of their choosing. Outreach can take many forms, whether it be raising awareness, donating, volunteering, etc. The IST Gives Back team is here to support sites along the way by providing information about opportunities in your area and marketing material such as flyers, social media posts, and anything else to aid in site-level engagement!
