Our team of leaders managing IST technology always considers how to evolve our products to offer the best in services to an ever-changing work economy. My IST Support Center, the customer-facing piece of IST Suite, was first introduced in response to needing an adaptable combination of third-party software systems that allowed users to access the services we provide. Since then, My IST Support Center has become the keystone to IST’s site operations management, enabling users to initiate, manage, and track service requests tailored to client-specific needs.

 

My IST Support Center serves as a portal to our services, such as copy and mail services, reception, hospitality, shipping & receiving, file room, conference room, records management, work orders, conference room set-up, e-Discovery, court reporting, space planning, and digital mail. All services are tied to real-time reporting and performance analysis, allowing us to optimize and evolve our solutions to meet client satisfaction continuously. Recent modifications to our user-friendly interface include:



  • Smoother interface dynamics
  • Fast-fetching of lists from a server (news, reports, etc.)
  • Fresh new layouts of people (employees at a site, management team, etc.)
  • Fast data grid exports to Excel
  • Ability to attach any file to a Work Order
  • Enhanced rich text editor for writing Work Order requirements
  • New, intuitive chooser for adding multiple service requests with greater control over column filters.
  • Automated testing, code control


Streamling Your Services

Each client gains specific access rights to a personalized webpage featuring IST services, web-based work order request systems, and training programs to assist in any service. Our recent partnership with TZ Lockers and the Smart Locker Application is a recent addition to My IST Support Center, allowing full tracking of packages placed within a secure storage locker. Another recent addition is The Kiosk Application, used at on-site mailrooms, allowing customers to check in while specialists retrieve their expected package digitally. My IST Support Center easily integrates new services into the portal, allowing clients to add new services as they grow.

 

My IST Support Center streamlines services, SOPs, reports, and invoices into one organized interface, providing a one-stop resource for our clients.
