Welcome Nicole Fryson, National Director of Managed Review

Nicole is the National Director of Managed Review for IST Management Services, Inc. She has over 18 years of experience in the legal arena. Over the last 10 years, Nicole has been focused on managed review at both law firms and vendors. She has built and managed large teams both in the U.S and India. Her responsibilities included developing and implementing policies and procedures, best practices, workflows, and assignments for Review Project Managers. 



Nicole earned her B.A. in Communications from Oakwood University. She earned her M.A. in Journalism from Ohio State University and her Juris Doctor from Howard University School of Law. She is a Member of the District of Columbia Bar and the State Bar of Georgia.
