Welcome Nicholas Tuohy, Regional Vice President for eDiscovery in Arizona

Born in San Francisco, Nicholas Tuohy began his career with an early passion for adventure, spending several years as a white‑water river guide before transitioning into the rapidly evolving field of eDiscovery. After graduating from the University of California, Santa Cruz, Nicholas entered the eDiscovery industry in 2010, where he quickly built a reputation as a trusted expert, strategic partner, and respected voice in the legal technology community.

Over the past decade, Nicholas has been a frequent invited speaker at major industry events, including multiple years at the Arkfeld eDiscovery and Digital Evidence Conference, the Maricopa County Bar Association Conferences, and the Ninth Circuit Judicial Conference. He has delivered dozens of CLE programs over the past 12 years, educating legal professionals on emerging discovery trends, defensible workflows, and technology‑driven strategy. Before joining IST Management in 2025 as Regional Vice President, Nicholas spent nearly a decade with TERIS/Repario, where he qualified for President’s Club every year from 2016 through 2024—an accomplishment reflective of his consistent leadership, client dedication, and sustained top‑tier performance.
