IST’s Integrated Facilities Management

Over 24 years ago, IST started as a facilities management company providing traditional mail/copy/records services using IST’s web-based proprietary software known as IST Suite. Today, IST has morphed its FM division into an integrated facilities management (IFM) division. 


By partnering with the best-of-the-best sub-contractors, IST now offers a vast array of building/campus services, including property management, maintenance, intelligent buildings, food service, janitorial, landscaping, and engineering, to name a few. The rebranding of IST’s FM division to an IFM division is massive and will result in explosive growth for IST for many decades to come.


In addition to our rebranding to IFM, IST also offers a full complement of  e-Discovery services including hosting, processing, forensics/collections, court reporting, managed review, and managed services. This one-stop-shop approach enables us to serve our clients across the board without the need for them to use multiple vendors. 


Laura Ashley, the co-founder of a highly successful British textile design company, once said, “We don’t want to push our ideas on to customers; we simply want to make what they want.” I agree with these sentiments when it comes to providing services for our clients. It offers practical and cost-saving solutions that help our clients with efficiency.

When I look at e-Discovery or IFM, I’m always mindful of the key benefits we provide and what we can do to make them even better. Some of the benefits that come to mind include:

People have asked me why you are so interested in growing the company and becoming an international player? My answer is always the same- without growth, there is no future. Companies that stay stagnant will eventually coast into oblivion. Growth and expansion bring many opportunities for our employees and keep IST on track for meeting our clients’ needs. This is what keeps me excited. We have come a long way and the future is very bright. Les Brown once said, “You must remain focused on your journey to greatness.” I say let’s remain focused together as a team and keep IST on its journey to success.
