A Year Shaped by People and Purpose
Hanging With Hal
The Solutions. The People. The Impact.
What a year it’s been. When I look back at how far we’ve come, I’m reminded that none of this happened by accident… not one bit of it. IST has grown, adapted, and continued to deliver innovative facilities management, IFM, and litigation support services because we lead by listening. We built IST on service… and that same mindset guides every decision we make today.
This year reminded me that progress doesn’t always arrive in big leaps. More often, it comes from the small, steady choices we make every single day. Show up. Take care of the client. Support the team. Build the next step… thinking forward while honoring the steps behind us… so the next problem is just a little easier than the last. When we do that consistently, the results speak for themselves.
Where Digital Innovation Meets Dedicated Service
Our FM teams proved once again that advanced technology only matters when it blends with the right workflows, the right processes, and the right people. Across our sites, teams are delivering faster, cleaner, and more reliable service with tools like Digital Mail, Digital Court Reporting Transcription, eDiscovery Image Recognition Analysis, IST Confirm, IST Work Order, and IST Request. This year we strengthened mailroom workflows, tightened Digital Forensics, Court Reporting, and Document Review processes, and built a new structure around service requests that gives our clients exactly what they need… when they need it.
But let’s be honest… you can automate a process, but you can’t automate care. You can’t program the relationship between a project manager and an attorney, or the trust between a receptionist or mail specialist and a client. Everything we improved this year worked for one simple reason… our employees anticipate what clients need before they ever ask.
On the eDiscovery side, this year marked a turning point. We stepped confidently into a new era of review with AI tools. We’ve talked a lot about partnership… how technology and expertise walk side by side. Clients want speed and accuracy, of course… but they also want someone they can trust with the nuances of their case, with unfamiliar technology, with evolving processes and regulatory expectations. Our PMs continue to serve as trusted advisors… not just providers.

Community Outreach, IST Gives Back
What an incredible year of giving and connection we’ve had together.
Our annual Giving Season Toy Drive is in full swing. We’ve collected toys at our corporate office for the MUST Ministries Holiday Toy Shop, which brings Christmas joy to more than 6,000 children. Each December, our Events, HR, and Marketing teams love volunteering as “personal shoppers” at the Toy Shop… it’s a tradition that fills your heart.
I had the honor of attending the annual MUST Gala this year… celebrating their extraordinary accomplishments, including the opening of their new MUST Care Clinic, which provides vital mental and physical healthcare to those in need. IST proudly donated 116 Chromebook laptops to the MUST Hope House for families and students.
Throughout the year, IST Gives Back supported the CF Foundation’s search for a cure, local pantries through #GiveHealthy, and foster children through Ticket to Dream.
And whether personally or through IST Gives Back, I am proud that IST Management supported so many meaningful organizations this year… the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Atlanta Kids Zone, Mercy Housing and Shelter, MUST Ministries, The Women’s Club of Great Falls Scholarship Fund, Jason Esteves’ Campaign, Andre for Atlanta, The Powerhouse Initiative, Operation Pretty Things, The Rett Syndrome Research Trust, and CIBC MO’vember.
Celebrating Together… Thank You IST Family
As we wrap up another year, we finish projects, take a breath, and look forward to precious time with our families.
Our corporate team will welcome a new addition to our IST Family… our newest CF Ambassador Family… at our annual Christmas Lunch. We will share gifts, talk about the 2026 Cystic Fibrosis Season, and laugh our way through the Ugly Christmas Sweater Competition. And one of the highlights of the year for Rosa and I… every single time… is the Halidom Eatery Christmas Party. Santa Claus, reindeer… a nativity scene… so much joy!!!!!! It truly is a wonderful moment for friends, employees, partners, and Atlanta families to gather around good food, good company, and the spirit of the season.
What we accomplished this year reflects the heart of the entire company. Thank you for your long hours, your ideas, your patience, and your commitment to every client and every site. Thank you for the heart you bring to your work. We’ve always believed in building success from the inside out… and this year reminded us once again that when we do that, we can achieve more than we ever imagined.
