The Spirit of Giving at IST

IST's Gives Back

Giving Season 2025 - IST’s Annual Holiday Toy Drive

As we enter yet another magical holiday season, IST Gives Back is inspired to celebrate the end of another successful year of service, business, and partnerships. This season is a time to slow down, reflect, and be grateful. With plenty of work deadlines, news notifications, and shopping to-do lists, it is crucial to spend time with friends, colleagues, or loved ones – and what better way than giving back to those in need with some holiday cheer!

From November 1st to December 31st, IST will be collecting toys for our Holiday Toy Drive. All collections will go to the MUST Ministries Christmas Toy Shop. The Toy Shop helps families in financial need to experience the joy of the holidays without the burden of cost. During this holiday season, parents can personally shop for toys and gifts for their children, eliminating the cost barrier while allowing them the personalized experience of picking the perfect gifts for their families. Because of the MUST Toy Shop and the thousands of donations they receive, over 6,000 children will experience joy on Christmas morning.

Each year various corporate teams volunteer at MUST’s Toy Shop. These employees get the chance to see the behind the scenes of the holiday magic as personal shoppers, assisting parents with their holiday wish lists.

Wrapping up Q3 with Ticket to Dream

Last quarter, IST once again partnered with the Ticket to Dream Foundation for our annual Back-to-School Supply Drive, supporting local Atlanta foster students.

This annual initiative provides essential school supplies to help students begin the year with confidence and the tools they need to succeed. Thanks to the generosity of our IST Family, we collected four boxes of backpacks, notebooks, and classroom supplies for distribution through Ticket to Dream's partners supporting local foster youth.

IST and MUST Ministries: A Continued Partnership

Beyond the Toy Shop, IST's partnership with MUST extends throughout the calendar year.

  • We recently had the pleasure of attending the grand opening of the MUST Community Clinic in Marietta, GA. The clinic offers primary and behavioral healthcare on a sliding fee scale based on family size and income.
  • We continue to donate Chromebook laptops monthly, with over 180 sent in 2024 and over 110 sent in 2025! This provides students with access to education and parents with the tools to find employment and access online resources.

Each thank-you letter we receive from Hope House students reminds us that our efforts matter, and that opportunity begins with access.

Thank You to our IST Family

The work we do at IST Management is about more than business, it’s about people. It’s about leading with integrity, compassion, and understanding that our success is measured by the difference we make in the lives of others.

To everyone who participated, donated, or volunteered with IST Gives Back this year, thank you. As we continue to grow, I hope we carry this same spirit of service into the new year. It’s easy to offer a service, but it takes true commitment to exceed expectations and foster a community that lasts a lifetime.
