At IST, community outreach begins with relationships and grows through service. We believe businesses can strengthen the communities around them by putting their people, resources, and spaces to work in meaningful ways.
Those relationships have inspired long-term commitments, given our employees opportunities to serve, and shown us how meaningful support can take many forms.
Relationships Shaped Our Commitment
Some of IST’s most meaningful community commitments began with a personal connection and grew through years of participation by our employees, clients, partners, and friends.
Standing With the Cystic Fibrosis Community
A meaningful encounter with children living with cystic fibrosis began one of IST’s longest-standing charitable commitments.
Since 2012, IST has supported the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and participated in Great Strides events across the country. Our CF Ambassadors have made that mission personal for our teams, creating friendships and memories that extend far beyond a single walk or campaign.
In 2026, IST teams are participating in Great Strides across 38 cities, bringing employees, clients, and friends together to raise funds and awareness.
Serving Our Neighbors with Dignity
IST’s relationship with MUST Ministries grew from a shared belief that people facing difficult circumstances deserve to be seen, respected, and served with dignity.
In 2022, IST pledged $50,000 to support technology and the after-school learning center at the new Elizabeth Inn. Our teams have continued that partnership through Chromebook and essential-item donations, the annual Holiday Toy Shop, and experiences for local families.
Putting Our Resources Behind Opportunity
Support can mean investing in someone’s future. It can also mean sharing the spaces, relationships, and resources already at our disposal.
Creating More Paths Forward
The Fostering Success Act supports eligible young people connected to Georgia’s foster care system as they pursue education, training, housing, life coaching, and greater independence.
IST supports the program’s belief that success can take different paths, including college, vocational training, and professional certification. In 2025, Fostering Success reported 384 young people served and 23 graduates to date.
Supporting Those Who Serve Atlanta
IST supports the Atlanta Police Department and Atlanta Police Foundation through community partnerships and access to resources, including hosting the APD Zone 6 Fall Fest, providing complimentary meeting and training space for APD leadership, sponsoring the Atlanta Police Foundation Blue Jean Ball, and offering APD officers a 10% discount at Halidom Eatery.
Responding When Needs Arise
Some moments call for an immediate response. Throughout IST’s history, our people and community have stepped forward when they saw an opportunity to help.
Lost-n-Found Youth
IST has supported Lost-n-Found Youth and its work serving Atlanta LGBTQ+ young people experiencing homelessness.
Humanitarian Relief for Ukraine
When war forced Ukrainian families from their homes in 2022, the IST community responded with $29,272 in matched donations for food, medicine, and supplies. Those resources were delivered in Poland to organizations assisting Ukrainian refugees.
Supporting Our Own After Hurricane Helene
When Hurricane Helene impacted communities across the South, members of the IST team traveled directly to affected areas to deliver supplies to employees who had been impacted by the storm.

Halidom Eatery brings neighbors, families, and visitors together through food, culture, events, and shared experiences. Designed as a gathering place, the Eatery creates opportunities to connect, celebrate, and experience the diversity of the community around us.

The Preserve
The Preserve reflects a commitment to restoring and protecting the natural environment around Halidom, creating space where nature remains part of the experience rather than something built around.
Thrive
Retail + Medical + Fitness
Halidom continues to grow businesses and services supporting health, wellness, and personal care. Retail and medical offerings will complement Halidom Fitness, designed to connect physical wellness with the natural landscape around it.
Halidom Fitness is projected to open in 2028.
