In 1997,
IST Management Services, Inc. started as an Atlanta-based outsourcing company focused on serving the facilities management needs of corporate clients while delivering the best service possible. What began with mailroom services quickly expanded into nearly every office support service imaginable. IST has developed all of its
own proprietary technology from the start, allowing us to avoid overhead or licensing costs strategically. Many new service offerings began as IST’s response to a specific client request that evolves into widespread demand. While our service offerings have greatly expanded and changed over the years, our passion remains the driving force behind all that we do.

In 2013, IST expanded to serve law firms and legal teams by introducing its eDiscovery services. Clients came pouring in, and within five years, legal solutions became the most profitable division of IST.

Document Management efficiencies under a single outsourced management umbrella. The availability of these resources to our customers combined with our national reputation for trustworthy, conscientious service to result in tremendous success and further growth.
As technology universally advanced, it became the main driver for IST’s growth and direction. The conversation was no longer solely about the quality of employees at IST but also the quality of technology and ability to use it. Tools like Relativity, Cloud9 Explorer and Celebrite became leading players supporting IST’s Legal Services functions.
In 2019, IST broke ground on our newest HQ complex, Halidom, in Atlanta’s thriving East Atlanta Village and a short drive to Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport where we will continue to serve the U.S. and expand into global markets.

2021 proved to be a significant year of growth for IST! With the addition of our Virtual Support Center and Managed Review Services, our company grew the IST family significantly with the addition of our new Virtual Support Administrators, attorneys, and national directors.
