Joe Carroll — Vice President Human Resources

Joseph K. Carroll, SPHR, CMF, is the vice-president, human resources for IST Management Services, Inc. Joe has more than 25 years business experience and is certified as a senior professional in human resources by the Society for Human Resource Management. He is also an internationally certified career management fellow, international speaker and career coach. For the last 25 years he has managed human resources for several facilities management organizations including Amerscribe, Pitney Bowes, Atlanta Legal and IKON. Joe’s publications include articles in the Facility Management Journal, Workforce, Competitive Edge, Office, IHRIM, Legal Management, Business To Business and 301 Great Management Ideas. He has published a book called the Job Zone and has conducted numerous presentations on career management for professional organizations. Joe has a bachelor of arts degree in English from Queens College and a master’s degree in business administration from the College of Insurance. He is a certified management trainer. He is also a member of the International Coach Federation and the Association of Career Professionals International. Joe is a native of New York City and lives in Woodstock, Georgia with his wife and son.
