IST-Client Information Center


IST will provide Customer key contacts access to a customized information center. This is the one stop location for Customer contacts to access up to date information about their on-site IST operations. 

  • Real-Time Information!
  • Contacts can review:
    • View machine status
    • Open service tickets
    • Review reports
    • Get IST contact information

Additionally, the IST site manager will take the client contact out to lunch once a month to discuss the sites operations and to review any action steps that have been recorded from the last monthly client meeting.
