Tim Richardson is vice-president, operations for IST Management Services, specializing in project management, systems, procedures and technology enhancements while managing the operations of all IST sites throughout the U.S. He is also responsible for expanding client services, maintaining customer relationships and partnering with IST’s information technology department to enhance products and services. Prior to his promotion to vice-president of operations, Tim was the national director of operations.
He joined IST in 1999 as a service specialist and rapidly rose through the ranks, a true testament to IST’s career advancement opportunities. Tim lives in Atlanta, Georgia with his wife and growing family.
Susan has over 37 years in facilities management with a background in mail, copy, building services and food service. Susan began her career at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida with 29 years in their facilities management division. Susan worked with both IKON and Oce before joining the IST Team over 6 years ago. Susan began with IST as a site manager and then was promoted to regional operations manager of Florida. During this time Susan has worked in both corporate and legal. In 2010, Susan received the Implementation Excellence Award.
Jody Banks is an Implementation Manager for IST. She has over 14 years of experience in facilities management. Jody joined IST in 2017 after spending 10 years with IKON Office Solutions and 4 years at Integrity One Technologies - Xerox. She has held the positions of Site Manager, Integrated Account Manager and Senior Financial Analyst.
Dale Dabaco is a Senior Implementation Manager with IST Management Services based out of the Chicago area. Dale joined IST in 2012 as an Operations Manager and transitioned to the Implementation team in 2014. Formerly with IKON/Ricoh and Canon, he brings with him over 25 years of industry experience.
In 2005, upon graduation with her masters degree in business administration Brandi was employed by IST Management Services. She has held several positions in the past 10 years with IST. She began as a service specialist at the Atlanta Bar Association, a year later she moved into the corporate marketing department where she served as the senior marketing supervisor. In 2010 Brandi decided to take a leap and experience working in the field. She moved to Chicago where she helped out at accounts and with implementations. Brandi later worked as the site manager of Molex. While having the opportunity to learn and conduct several roles over the years with IST, she has gained extensive knowledge in the facilities management industry.
Brad Mitchell is a senior implementation manager for IST. He has over 15 years of experience in facilities management. Brad joined IST in 2006 after spending 10 years with IKON Office Solutions. After 4 years as an IST operations manager, Brad joined the implementation team.
Tom O’Hara is a senior implementation manager for IST Management Services based out of the Boston area. Having begun his tenure with the company in 2008 as a service specialist in Atlanta, Tom has since taken advantage of the career advancement opportunities offered to him by IST and worked his way up to his current position as an implementation manager. In his current role Tom leads the transition of new accounts focusing on customer excellence. Tom joined IST to begin a career in facilities management with a company that focuses on the highest degrees of service.
Jack has over 13 years of facilities management experience. Jack was hired by IST in 2004 and worked at IKON as a site manager for 5 years prior. Jack has worked as a real estate agent for 3 years and has worked in the customer service departments in the blue printing, printing and facilities management arena with over 29 years of experience. Jack started with IST as a site manager then promoted to the implementation team within a year then promoted to senior implementation and training manager a year later. Jack implements across the United States.
Ray is a senior implementation manager and has been with IST for 14 years. He brings over 15 years of operational law firm experience to IST .While at IST Ray has held many different roles from service specialist, site manager, audit manager, and now travels nationally working with new accounts providing a focus approach to customer service based on the needs of the clients.
Brennan Wheatley joined IST as a assistant manager in July of 2007, was promoted to Site Manager in October of 2007, and then stepped into implementations. Brennan travels the country to meet the needs of IST clients and takes pride in his customer service and attention to detail.
