IST is currently providing FM services to hundreds of Customers across the nation and has experienced roughly 30% growth every year for the past five years.  Since being founded in April of 1997 in Atlanta, GA our core business has been providing outsourced facilities management and support services.  IST is focused on developing the systems and processes that will create the most efficient and cost effective solution for our customers.  To achieve this, IST has created IST-Suite, our custom proprietary Web based management software.  IST-Suite provides our employees with the tools they need to manage, track and report the day-to-day operations.
