Scott Burton is the Regional Vice President of IST Management Services in California. Scott has over twenty years of experience in the facilities management / on-site managed services arena, having worked previously for Pitney Bowes Management Services, Archer Management Services/Oce/Canon and DTI. Along with a proven track record of success, Scott’s brings to IST a solid background in all aspects of the facilities management outsourcing business. Scott will drive IST’s growth and client satisfaction in the California market.
Scott resides in Southern California with his wife and has a bachelor of arts degree in economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Melissa DiGiulian is a regional vice president for IST Management Services, handling sales in the New York market. Melissa applied her background in sales to developing a true career with IST. Since being hired in 2008, she has quickly climbed to a vice president position while nearly doubling IST’s footprint in one of our most competitive marketplaces. In addition to her professional success, Melissa has advocated the state of Maryland as a spokesperson for approximately 200 promotional activities and nearly 50 charity functions raising money for Special Olympics, Best Buddies, and smaller organizations. Melissa graduated from the University of North Carolina with a bachelor of science in business administration and a concentration in marketing.
Ron Drake is the Vice President of eDiscovery Sales for IST Management Services. He has more than 22 years of experience in the Facilities Management industry. He served for eight years as Director of Operations at Atlanta Legal Copies. While in this role, he managed in excess of $25 million in revenue and over 200 employees. After leaving Atlanta Legal, Ron joined Kinkos Corporation. Ron reported to the Eastern Division President and was responsible for developing non-traditional business for the division. Ron joined IST in April of 1998 and currently oversees sales and market development in the southeast region.
Ron attended Georgia State University, majoring in Finance and Marketing. Residing in Powder Springs, Georgia, Ron is married with four children and actively involved in local church and community activities.
Ashleigh Fiora is a regional vice president for IST Management Services, handling sales in the Washington, DC market. Ashleigh was formerly with CTIA, The Wireless Association, where she was responsible for planning bi-annual conferences for 45,000 attendees in various cities. Ashleigh earned her bachelor of science in mass communications from Towson University. Her concentration was in public relations and marketing. Since starting with IST several years ago, Ashleigh hit the ground running by doubling the DC metro region’s footprint along with being an IST Admiral’s Club winner in 2010-2015. Her ability to understand her customers’ needs and adapt IST’s service model to best fit is unparalleled as she continues to satisfy her customers. Ashleigh resides in Maryland with her husband, Chris and her daughter, Gianna.
Craig Hamel has been in the facilities management service business since 1997, giving him over 20 years of knowledge and experience in the marketplace. He broke into the industry at that time with Archer Management Services earning numerous sales awards throughout his six year tenure there. Craig joined IST in the fall of 2003 and has been a key critical asset in helping continue to build and retain IST’s client base throughout the Northeast and Midwest.
Craig holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Niagara University, class of 1995. He currently resides in Rockville Centre, New York with his wife and two children.
Kerri Lidman is excited to be part of IST Management Services as the National Director of Legal Resource Management based in the corporate office in Atlanta, Georgia. Kerri's leadership role oversees the onsite placement of paralegals and legal assistants at law firms, corporate legal departments, and universities.
During the last four years, Kerri was been with her own consulting company that engaged law firms as an outsourced Chief Operating Officer. Kerri has over 25 years legal experience in the Atlanta market, beginning her career as a paralegal and then moving to the management side of a law firm. Kerri has been an Executive Director and COO of law firms for 20 years. Kerri has successfully managed all aspects of a law firm, including branch office administration for the legal department of Zurich Insurance in Atlanta.
Ms. Lidman has been very active with the Association of Legal Administrators for a number of years in Atlanta and is a past board member. Kerri has also been active with the Red Cross providing disaster service recovery help to those in need at local, regional, and national disasters. Presently, she is on the Board of Directors for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta/AFLAC Cancer Center for an annual sporting clay fundraiser “Shoot for All Better” that benefits the patients receiving treatment at the cancer center.
Ms. Lidman is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a B.S. degree in business management and earned her MBA in Organization Management from Georgia State University and was a member of the Golden Key International Honor Society. Kerri and her husband enjoy spending time in the North Georgia Mountains, and exploring the many hiking opportunities and wineries in the area.
Becca Meshberger is a regional vice president for IST Management Services, handling sales in the Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky markets for IST. As part of her diverse background in sales, Becca was an Account Executive with Konica Minolta. She managed a 150+ account base and was responsible for developing new business including facilities management solutions.
Becca graduated from Indiana State University with a bachelor of science in business administration. She is a member of IFMA Indy serving on the Communications Committee and also actively involved in ALA Indiana, Cincinnati and Columbus in helping to support the organization. Becca maintains a desire to build strong relationships and is focused on providing the highest level of service available to her current and potential partners.
Kathy Mozur is a regional vice president for IST Management Services, handling sales in the Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin and Central Florida markets for IST. Kathy has extensive sales experience in sales and account management. She was a top producer in her industry and ranked #1 2010 amongst all her peers. She consistently ranks in the top 3% of her peer group of sales professionals.
Kathy has an associate’s degree in marketing from Triton College.
Rachel Murphy is a regional vice president for IST Management Services handling sales in the North and South Carolina market. Also, specializing in e-discovery and litigation support sales. Rachel graduated from Colorado Tech University with an Associates of science in medical billing. Her background contains several years of experience in sales, Rachel has always been an advocate for Breast Cancer Awareness, and so she enjoys attending the annual walks that are held in downtown Charlotte. In any spare time Rachel has, she enjoys spending it with her family and friends.
Kim Oleniacz is the senior vice president of IST Management Services in Pennsylvania. Kim possesses nearly 30 years of experience in the management and sales of on-site services to include: copy, mail, production mail, fax services, records management, receptionist, forms management, as well as many more office support functions. Kim has experience working for Ameriscribe, Pitney Bowes, and Archer, in both an operations and a sales capacity.
After many proven years of accomplishments, she joins IST with a desire to continue to build a strong focused outsourcing company that focuses on the highest degree of service available. Being a native of Pittsburgh, Kim returned to the area after relocating to Dallas, Texas for five years in 1985. Enjoying time with her two daughters and husband while servicing the needs of her clients, Kim is kept busy and thriving on future successes.
Stuart Schwartz is the Senior Vice President/Partner for IST Management Services. He has over twenty years of sales, operations and management experience and over 15 years experience in facilities management. He spent over 5 years at IKON Office Solutions as an account manager, sales manager and general manager with responsibilities for sales and operations for IKON's Facilities Management and Legal Document Services Divisions.
After leaving IKON, he has spent the last 1-1/2 years with Oce Business Services, formerly Archer Management Services, calling on Fortune 1000 companies in the State of Connecticut. Stuart has signed numerous contracts throughout the country for both organizations. He has worked in a family owned business and owned his own business in support services. Residing in Trumbull, Connecticut, Stuart has been married for 25 years and has two daughters and a son.
