Maxwell Abbott - Regional Operations Manager

Max is a regional operations manager with over 9 years of account management experience and 19 years of business experience. Bryan re-located to Minnesota in the early 90’s, to become the on-site office services manager for a prominent top 10 law firm, which has led to 20 years of experience in operations management with various regional and national outsourcing providers. Prior to joining IST in 2011, he has 7.5 years of tenure were at IKON Office Solutions where his talents were utilized as an integrated accounts manager, overseeing 15 local and 7 national accounts, as well as being the implementation manager on 5 of 6 of new accounts added from 2009-2011.
David Bednarz - Regional Operations Manager

David comes to IST with over fourteen years of facilities management experience including 14 years with IKON Office Solutions. While at IKON, he was a five-time President’s Club Award winner and was also a two-time winner of the Service Excellence Award. David was also the 2010 United Way Champion for the IKON Office Solutions Southern New England Region raising a record $43,000 in a two week period through pledges, fundraisers and donations. David is very active in the community coaching youth football and basketball. David joined IST in March, 2011 as a regional operations manager for the IST Connecticut market.
Darrin Brennan - Operations Manager

Darrin Brennan is the operations manager for the Dallas region. He has over 16 years of operation management experience including 13 years in facilities management and office services. Darrin worked 12 years with Oce (formerly Archer Management Services). While with Oce, he was a President’s Club winner for 7 years and received the Highest Client Retention Award in 2007 and 2009. Darrin joined the IST Dallas team in 2010. He received a double degree in business management at the University of North Texas specializing in strategic management and personnel relations.
Nicole Burnside - Operations Manager

Nicole Burnside is the on-site operations manager for northeast Ohio. Nicole has eight years of experience in facilities management with her current home site located in Cleveland, Ohio. Her first two years were spent working with Uniscribe and for the past six years has worked with IST, working her way from assistant manager to her current position. While with IST, Nicole was the 2009 Client Survey Eagle award winner and the 2010 Overall Eagle award winner. Marcelo Espinosa - Regional Operations Manager

Marcelo Espinosa is the regional operations manager for IST Management Services supporting the Maryland, D.C., and Virginia area. He has over 20 years of sales, operations and management experience with over 14 years of experience providing IT and facilities outsourcing solutions. Prior to joining IST in 2010, he worked at IKON Office Solutions for 14 years as an account manager and area operations manager responsible for sales and operations of the IT & facilities management services divisions. Jose Gomez is an operations manager servicing the San Antonio, Austin and Houston, TX markets. He has over 25 years of experience in facilities management operations including 19 years with Pitney Bowes Management Services. While, with Pitney Bowes he was a PB1 Leadership Award winner, National Summit Club award winner, Account Manager of the Year and selected by all Regional Vice Presidents to participate in the National PBMS “Diversity Leadership Development Program”. Adam brings over 10 years of operational law firm experience. Adam graduated from Oklahoma City University in 2001.
