Chuck Beasley - Senior Implementation Manager

Home City: Houston, TX

Chuck Beasley is a senior implementation manager with IST. He has over 20 years of experience in the printing/facilities management area including 10 years with IKON Office Solutions (now Ricoh). While with IKON, Chuck held many different roles including recruiter & trainer for 3 years. Chuck joined the IST implementation team in October 2007.

 

Kimberly Hamamoto - Implementation Manager

Home City: Los Angeles, CA

Kimberly is an implementation manager for the southern California area.  She started with IST Management Services in August, 2009 as a service specialist. Kimberly earned her bachelor of arts degree in history and business minor from California Polytechnic State University.  She also holds an associate of arts degree in hospitality management.

 

Mike Horton - Senior Implementation Manager

Home City: Hartford, CT

Mike has over 12 years of experience with IST Management Services, having begun his tenure with the company in 1999 as a service specialist. Since then, Mike has taken advantage of the career advancement opportunities offered to him by IST, and has worked his way up to his current position as senior implementation manager. In this position, he leads the transition of our new accounts, oversees and ensures a smooth transition to our day to day IST operations.   He also works as part of the operations team, providing support to a variety of accounts, primarily those based in the New York City area.  

 

Chuck LeVan - Senior Implementation Manager

Home City: Atlanta, GA

Chuck LeVan is a senior implementation manager with IST based in Atlanta and is retired from the US Army. He has over 25 years of experience in the facilities management area including positions as general manager, operations manager and site manager with Kodak Imaging Services, OCE Business Services and Document Technologies.  Chuck has an MBA in business, MA in management and a BA in business.  Chuck joined the IST implementation team in March 2012.

 

Charlie Merritt - Senior Implementation Manager

Home City: Atlanta, GA

Charlie Merritt joined IST as a service specialist in June of 1999. Charlie had previously worked for IKON Office Solutions in Virginia. Charlie is currently a senior implementation manager but has served as every position from service specialist to on-site operations manager.


 

Brad Mitchell - Senior Implementation Manager

Home City: Indianapolis, IN

Brad Mitchell is a senior implementation manager for IST. He has over 15 years of experience in facilities management.  Brad joined IST in 2006 after spending 10 years with IKON Office Solutions.  After 4 years as an IST operations manager, Brad joined the implementation team. 

 

 

Shohn Page - Implementation Manager

Home City: Baltimore, MD

Shohn joined IST as an on-call star in 2007 and was promoted to site manager in 2009. Currently, Shohn holds position of implementation manager. Shohn has six years of management experience. Shohn is pursuing a degree in information system security at University of Phoenix.

 
 
 

Jack Poulnott - Senior Implementation Manager

Home City: Atlanta, GA

Jack has over 13 years of facilities management experience.  Jack was hired by IST in 2004 and worked at IKON as a site manager for 5 years prior. Jack has worked as a real estate agent for 3 years and has worked in the customer service departments in the blue printing, printing and facilities management arena with over 29 years of experience. Jack started with IST as a site manager then promoted to the implementation team within a year then promoted to senior implementation and training manager a year later.  Jack implements across the United States.

 

Ray Root - Senior Implementation Manager

Home City: Atlanta, GA

Ray is a senior implementation manager and has been with IST for 14 years. He brings over 15 years of operational law firm experience to IST .While at IST Ray has held many different roles from service specialist, site manager, audit manager, and now travels nationally working with new accounts providing a focus approach to customer service based on the needs of the clients.

 

Susan Waltrip - Senior Implementation Manager

Home City: Orlando, FL

Susan has over 37 years in facilities management with a background in mail, copy, building services and food service.  Susan began her career at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida with 29 years in their facilities management division. Susan worked with both IKON and Oce before joining the IST Team over 6 years ago.  Susan began with IST as a site manager and then was promoted to regional operations manager of Florida. During this time Susan has worked in both corporate and legal. In 2010, Susan received the Implementation Excellence Award.

 

Brennan Wheatley - Implementation Manager

Home City: Madison, WI

Brennan Wheatley joined IST as an assistant manager in July of 2007. He was then promoted to site manager in October of 2007. Brennan is now a part of the implementation team. Brennan travels the country to meet the needs of IST clients and takes pride in his customer service and attention to detail.
